2. Eligibility

237Exams does not guarantee that using our resources will result in a particular examination grade, admission, qualification, employment opportunity, or other outcome.
6. Past Examination Papers
Past examination papers are provided for educational and revision purposes.
The underlying copyright or other intellectual-property rights in examination materials may belong to the relevant examination body, institution, author, publisher, or other rights holder.
237Exams does not claim ownership of materials that belong to third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users must not reproduce, sell, redistribute, upload to another platform, modify for commercial purposes, or otherwise exploit copyrighted examination materials in violation of applicable law or the rights of their owners.
7. Solutions and Premium Resources
Some examination solutions, explanations, or other educational resources may be available only to users who have purchased or activated premium access.
Premium resources are licensed to the purchasing or authorized account holder for personal educational use unless otherwise stated.
You may not share, resell, publicly distribute, reproduce, record, scrape, or otherwise make premium resources available to unauthorized users.
Attempting to bypass technical restrictions used to protect premium content is prohibited.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements necessary to use the application.

9. Purchases and Physical Products

By submitting material under a contributor agreement, the contributor represents that the material does not knowingly infringe the rights of another person or organization.
Specific rights, commissions, distribution arrangements, warranties, and responsibilities of contributors may be governed by a separate Teacher/Contributor Agreement.
15. Reviews, Comments, and User Content
If we allow users to submit reviews, comments, testimonials, questions, photographs, or other content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, misleading, or designed to infringe another person’s rights.
You must not impersonate another person or organization.
By submitting content to 237Exams, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider inappropriate.

Termination does not necessarily eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations or intellectual-property restrictions.
